Project consisted of a interior tenant improvement to approximately 20,000 square feet of space in the building located at 19260 S. Halsted St, Homewood, Cook County, IL. Finished space serves as clinic and rehab space for outpatient rehabilitation services for Shirley Ryan Ability Lab day rehabilitation services. 

Tenant improvements consisted mainly of gypsum board on steel stud partitions, wood doors in metal frames, casework and custom cabinetry, interior finishes, lighting, electrical distribution and HVAC fit-out. Structural work limited to support of overhead therapy equipment. Data and low-voltage work limited to the design of back boxes, conduit stubs, and cable trays. Base building mechanical and electrical systems are existing.
