The new Chicago Teachers Foundation and Union Headquarters allows for the Union membership services and Union operations in one location.  This location will also accommodate onsite meetings in the new meeting hall for roughly 800 people.  There will also be educational training/certification rooms for Quest Education.

Exterior scope included: New entries from west and east sides, incorporated exterior lighting on west and east façade entries, masonry façade repairs, demolition of non-required installations, new roof system ,green roof for staff use and renovation of existing aluminum double-hung windows for consistent appearance, new exterior doors.

Interior scope included: Demolition of existing conditions, floor leveling throughout, building envelope improvements (thermal/moisture protection), new building core (vertical transportation, restrooms), renovated egress stair towers, new floor system throughout, and new MEP FP system
