Drug Enforcement Administration

Project involved creating a Revit model that utilized construction phasing techniques to create construction drawings for the renovation of the Drug Enforcement Administration’s (DEA) office in the John C. Kluczynski Federal building.  This model was integrated back into the GSA’s first complete Revit model.

Implemented GSA's building design standards for the DEA's office that consisted mainly of gypsum board on steel stud partitions, wood doors in metal frames, casework and custom cabinetry, interior finishes, lighting, electrical distribution and HVAC fit-out.  Data and low-voltage work is limited to the design of back boxes, conduit stubs, and cable trays. Base building mechanical and electrical systems were existing.
