The clinic implemented an “on-stage / off-stage” clinical planning core module and included lab and imaging support services. The land planning of the 1.669 acre brownfield site and the newly acquired railroad spur at the north of the site will address Tulley Avenue, its adjacent businesses, shared Metra/Oak Lawn parking garage, South 52nd Avenue, and a new parking lot between Narrow and West 96th Street. The building will be owned by Advocate Healthcare and the project scope will include MEP+FP nurse call, telephone, intercom, and data. Interior concepts were developed based on the established master palette of the AMG Clinic project to date. Project scope included select furniture, fixtures, and equipment for the project.
