Project scope included repaired, upgrade to code and beautify the exterior of the existing Berg Instructional Center (BIC) built in 1971. Created a humane, student-centered environment conducive to learning.  Consolidated Student Services and create a new front door to the Berg Instructional.  Renovated Center and Student Resource Center (SRC) with a new 65,000 GSF College Center addition.  Centralized spaces for all departments where possible and desired.  Improved the quality, flexibility and technology of general classroom spaces.  Maximized budget by adapting new program needs to existing rooms wherever possible.
